Traditional cloud contact centers require a lot of hardware - phone lines, phone sets, etc - and a lot of space to accommodate this hardware. Then come all the bills associated with this hardware - installation, calling, maintenance. However, when you choose a cloud telephony system, you do not need to install all of this hardware in your office space. The JustCall app can be downloaded on your laptop, tablet, or phone. Your account can also be accessed on the Web via your browser.
