We can store all the gathered documents at a centralized location. We can follow tree like structure for sub documents or sub requirement. The version tracking helps to find all the versions, and we can compare edited documents with older versions or any version we want.

Document things in clear and concise manner mostly this helps reducing kt sessions on the product kt because everything is in documented form in confluence reduces lot manual efforts to give kt sessions. It also helps to document the product helps us to look back at thing what actually going on in the product.
