I was introduced to Lending Pad through our POS, (shape). Thie led to misunderstandings about what Lending Pad actually does for TPO clients. Make sure your information comes directly from Lending Pad (recent updates) before implementing into your other 3rd party systems (CRM,PPE, etc..).
Use the Chat feature. As a TPO client, we were unsuccessful getting a human being on the phone, however everything the chat support person said they would and can do, they did.
I originally posted a negative review. I am changing to a positive review as Lending Pad made it right and solved the issue..
