The Call prompter

The Call prompter when you call in is incorrect. I've corrected it before however it is wrong again?

Is this the recorded sound file that you created/uploaded? Or the auto attendant that allows you to enter extensions? The Sound File may need to be re-recorded and uploaded, and then added to the dial plan. The Auto Attendant may need to have a different set of options added to it. Either way, I agree with Courtney, I've had great experiences with the tech support team.
