For us it was really simple. The account manager actually did the setup over screen share and showed us how he was setting it up as he was going along. So not only did he set it up but also walked us through it incase we felt we needed any changes. He also gave us his direct info incase of any changes in the future and assured us he was there for us if we needed anything and he’s not just a sales guy. Great help
