Most user-friendly CRM for sales teams?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for a CRM that our sales team will actually enjoy using—something that’s intuitive, doesn’t require a ton of onboarding, and helps reps stay focused on selling instead of wrestling with data entry.

While researching on G2, a few user-friendly CRMs stood out based on reviews:

  • Pipedrive – Seems super visual and sales-focused, with strong pipeline management.
  • HubSpot CRM – Comes up a lot for ease of use and quick setup.
  • Close – Built for inside sales teams, looks like it streamlines calling and email outreach.
  • Freshsales – Gets good marks for automation and simplicity.
  • Copper – Looks ideal for teams working out of Google Workspace.

We’re a mid-size B2B company with a lean sales team, so adoption is key—no one wants another tool they “have” to update. If anyone has firsthand experience with these (or another great option), I’d love to hear what worked or didn’t!

Thanks in advance for sharing.
