For our organization, yes, but we are trying to manage 25,000+ location listings, landing pages, and reviews globally, so I can only speak to this size of enterprise implementation, not a smaller, local or regional type of business. We've tried several other ways to do this over the years, and this proved out very well. Our cost per location for the product is easily offset by the cost savings of data maintenance and reviews across 150+ listing services and development time on local webpages. The more complex your need, the more value you'll get.
While Yext is quite expensive, they are industry leaders for a reason. The broad depth of their product suite and the services they offer, while also having a team entirely composed of well-versed and flexible experts, handily justifies the cost.
I can definitively say that Yext has been worth every dollar we've spent and has assisted in increasing our visibility and user interactions (and conversion to becoming actual customers) substantially throughout the course of our partnership.
