Is there a way to pull in an excel spreadsheet in the cloud into a Power BI report directly without having to go through a server or personal computer?

Basically what I need help with is that I have Power BI reports connected to SQL server, then I also have to have it connected to my personal computer, and the Power BI report uses gateways on both the server and my personal computer because the server cannot get access to the Excel file needed. It's super frustrating because if the personal computer gets turned off for some reason, then the whole report breaks and is extreamly frustrating to reset and have to re-schedule refreshes. So, being able to host the Excel sheet in the OneDrive Cloud and then having Power BI just pull that file in from there would be extremely helpful.
