OneDrive For Business is part of Officve 365. Consumer OneDrive is not. OneDrive For Business is totally based on SharePoint Online. Consumer OneDrive is not

They are NOT the same tool. OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud-based storage tool. OneDrive for Business is a full suite of cloud-based storage, sharing, and collaboration tools. It can be managed by IT Admins and is a part of Office 365, integrates with SharePoint, etc.
