I like the history kept from previous claims; navigating through all of these claims is very easy, and all the saved information is always relevant. Overall very good.

If you use the mobile app, you can go to the receipt section, snap a picture and it uploads immediately. When you then create the claim line, it will recognise the date, the amount and the description and attach it to the claim when there is a match.
Alternatively, from the dashboard on the app, if you snap a picture of the receipt you can create the claim line from there, as the OCR will capture the date, the amount and the description and populate the relevant fields. You just need to fill in the gaps and add to a claim.
