If the customer has been declined but corrects the information supplied How can we update Riskified?
The scenario happens all the time; customer is lazy and supplied incorrect information. Riskified declines. When we contact the customer they give us the updated information. This information would be great to be able to supply to riskified to resubmit instead of having to place a new order.
Click the three dots on the right that brings up "More Options". This only updates not declined information. You can email riskified regarding reevaluation.
Although you can submit additional information for a second view on a declined order, Riskified can't confirm an order previously declined on your system. You must need to request the customer to place a new order again.
