How do you make your team comfortable with sharing honest anonymous feedback internally?

As the team grows, it is very hard to get honest feedback, and anonymity can help but the employees need to trust the system to be able to share their thoughts (that there is no easy way to track the commenter down the line). How do you enable your team to provide honest, anonymous feedback internally?
