I try to use my paynoeer Mastercard for online shopping or making payments in USD or my local currency, which usually doesn't add extra fees. I avoid using it at ATM unless I really need cash , as they charge for withdrawals. keeping an eye on the payoneer fee schedule helps too, so I know when i's getting charged.
