Does Windows Movie Maker REMOVES LOGOS/WATER MARKS in the video

I am planning to edit short videos taken using my Dash Camera, by adding audio and few effects if possible into social media platforms and sharing with my friends in a Whatsapp-like messaging tool after compressing the video format without substantially losing its quality. I want to remove the logo of the dash camera maker and the GPS coordinates which are fixed in the video frame all the time. If this feature is available along with other features which are already there, I may be interested in buying this. LOGO and Water Marks may appear more than one location in the frame, continuously.
