It publishes one bonus target % for each position where the data is available. The bonus target percentages reflect all industries, organization sizes, and locations combined, and cannot be scoped like base salary and total cash compensation. The bonus target dollar values for each job are calculated by multiplying the bonus target % by the average and median base salaries. Hope this helps!
