Hello! My company needs a customer service quality assurance software solution for our small business. I don’t know much about this type of software, and I was hoping to get some wisdom from this community. I’m keeping my list small for now, mainly focusing on affordable small-business solutions.

I've used Salesforce Service Cloud for this in the past, they might not be as budget friendly as some SMB specific options out there, but they do have pricing plans that grow with your company size, and they are the absolute best when it comes to easy integrations with whatever other tools you use. Highly recommend.

I am open to software solutions not specifically made for small businesses (https://www.g2.com/categories/contact-center-quality-assurance/small-business), but they need to be affordable and small team friendly.
