# When is Crexi creating a professional report for property searches?

I need to be able to create a report with a brief description, pictures and maps for my clients.

Hi Michael,

Creating a report to share with clients is free and easy with Crexi.

1. Search for listings
2. Save properties you want to share by clicking the star and adding them to a group
3. Access your saved property group using the nav bar or here: https://www.crexi.com/dashboard/groups
4. Click on the group you want to share with your client
5. Click the three-dot menu and click "Print Group"

Our platform will generate a print-friendly pdf for you to save or share with your clients. It will include descriptions, photos, and maps for your saved properties. Feel free to reach out to us at support@crexi.com if you have any other questions!
