Yes, I have used Allego twice now. Once pre-covid and once during the pandemic. With zoom fatigue it is nearly impossible to do a product launch without a platform like Allego. It takes a village to become content creators to make relevant content from SMEs and when we released a few integrations last quarter, Allego was instrumental with rolling out new information and ensuring reps knew the message, practiced and then we could spot check live conversations in the field.
Yes we are doing this now. We have been expanding our BDR team and have used Allego to train them by assigning them courses that update and change for each week. We are also launching a new product as well as sales methodologies and using Allego capabilities to not only track completion but competency through the watch and record, coaching sessions as well.

We have used the system to support our recent product launch.
Pre work sessions and material to view on Allego, followed by a virtual launch event on another platform. All recordings of sessions were uplaoded onto alllego for replay which was great and has been used a lot.
We then created all the post launch activities on the system and had role play evaluations built in so there was an audit trail and transparency of standard amongst managers / training and the business.
