What is the best way to store existing emails when beginning to use the software?

Is is there a certain pace at which emails and projects should be stored on TonicDM?

Historical emails that are not in Office 365 can be imported in bulk, eg. from other email filing systems or Exchange Public Folders. This ensures all the firm's historical email is in TonicDM and searchable by project. Email that's already in Office 365 mailboxes will import automatically.
