I am having trouble with continuously being suspended

I don’t have a business credit card I have a personal card and it continues to block me when I’m using my personal bank card. So I’m not sure why also I wanted to know if they bill per day or per month if that could have something to do with it. I really want to be able to get my business on the Google ad or on the beginning page when someone searches for cleaning in my area and right now unless they type in the exact name of my business it does not come up at all
