Does any one use an apps on teams?

I would really like to know how other organizations out there are using apps on teams and for what?

I'm not sure of the question. Do you mean any apps? There are hundreds of apps. We've enabled some based on our needs. For example, we have Smartsheet enabled for project management. Microsoft has a planner but Smartsheet is a better tool for us. At some point we might enable our document management app so we can have a controlled sharing of docs.
