Is SIP protection being considered in the future?

We use 3CX and NexVortex as our IP phone service providers, 3CX being the IP phone portal/management interface while NexVortex is our SIP trunk service provider. Is it possible in the future that you guys will offer support for monitoring known scam numbers, telemarketers, etc.? Don't know if this is even possible but would be an amazing addition if it was. Our email has been receiving much less malicious emails (as well, they're all being caught by KnowBe4), but we are seeing an increase traffic of malicious phone calls so it would be awesome to have something to protect on that end as well. Just an idea I'd figure I would ask about! Thanks for all you guys do! You all are amazing!

The training includes awareness of scam calls, KB4 Security Awareness Training is a training service, not a filtering service.

Thanks Austin for your question. It is not likely we would offer those services in the future. You could test your users using the KnowBe4 Vishing voice phishing feature that calls users to see if anyone would provide information over the phone.
