Is anyone using Ziflow to approve and store briefs? I'm interested in any users using it in this way and had wondered if 'Intake Forms' might help us here?

I’ve seen Ziflow users leverage Intake Forms in many creative ways, managing briefs being one of them. Intake Forms can be configured to submit files or text to create a proof. Additional information can be added (e.g. job number, client information, content type, etc…) to help with brief management and organization. Also, a workflow can be instantly applied alerting action takers that a new brief was submitted and requires their attention.
