What can I do , to prevent delays on my coming back custumers, I need them to be the very first to see so I can attend promptly

Hi Jorge! When an existing customer sends a new message after 24hrs, the conversation appears at the top of the list in the assigned agent's portfolio, even if the conversation was archived. To ensure there are no delays in replying to those messages, make sure that your team always replies to existing conversations before taking new ones.
