What is the best way to ensure my emails will appear properly on different devices?

I have found with previous platforms, looking at the "preview" function will show my emails as looking how I intended but then when I send a test email through, it doesn't translate well. Is there a way to improve the chances of this not happening when I finally hit "send"?

Hi Annie, thanks for getting in touch! The best way to ensure that your emails appear as intended across all devices is always to test per specific device. However, we understand it's not a reality for all businesses to have the time or money to do so - let alone access to all the devices! Our tech team have built an extensive device simulator in the platform (much like you mentioned in your question) that aims to replicate the way those particular devices displays email content. The tech team make a point of ensuring this is up-to-date and accurate, and are constantly adding new devices. We're confident that using the Force24 device simulator you can rest assured your emails will be displaying on devices, as they do in the simulator. You can also add in custom resolutions to the platform as well, for example if there was a particular size you wanted to render you email for that wasn't already catered for in the platform.
