How can spiff be updated more quickly when sales ops changes comp plans?

Hi Alec, thanks so much for using Spiff! It really depends on the scope of changes but in general, Spiff can get updated in just a couple minutes for simple changes to a couple days for more complex compensation plan changes. We have had times when it took longer because the company needed more time to figure out the details of the new compensation plan (not necessarily building the logic inside Spiff but more thinking about the rules they want to implement). We have also seen a few cases where it takes longer because the company needs a brand new feature we need to build. But in general, assuming the company knows the logic and the data is clean, new comp plans can get implemented in just a few days. Hope this help. Best, JP
