# At some point I would like to discuss some of the Litmos Limitations as I call them.

We have rund into may litmos limitations that cause us problems. I have opened help tickets int he past and run into, go to the community for help thing. Hate that! No one ever asks the suer what they really think and what is not working?? Why not? Also, many time Ltimos is just out??? we get the OPPS and Lenny picture. Why?

There were tentatives outages and now we have a streamlined process to tackle it with 24*7 support available through Phone, Email.

Litmos has upgraded security protocols that caused few issues but now it is all sorted.
