Has anyone else had troubles with taxes not being paid in 2019?

I was told that isolved changed vendors in the tax department in 2019 and that is what they are attributing the issue too. I was told 1st quarter was an isolated event but it has happened again and I cannot get a return phone call from them to discuss. Per 1st quarter they are paying the penalties but I prefer to not have past due records with the IRS and TNDOR.

Yes! We have had that same issue. The tax department is woefully understaffed, but iSolved has been making strides in getting new tax professionals hired. We had to escalate our tax issue - all the way to the VP of Payroll & Tax - let me know if you need their contact info!
