could not log into the remote computer this was my issue and sometimes serious issue.

Uninstall the one you have and then reinstall it again. make sure you allow access. Once you go onto the application there will be a 9 digit number that will allow access. If you want remote access there will be a box you need to tick and it will ask you to create a pin for this. I hope you get it working. Also, make sure the other device you want to use it from has access and you already connected previously to it.

I think we should check if it's installed properly. and if it is installed on both computers, in addition to the other user authorizing the connection

You must verify that the AnyDesk software is installed and with the permissions to connect to the target computer, from where the connection is required (origin), validate the software configurations.
