As a business that does not have an e-commerce platform, how are you using Lytics for lead gen?

Real estate does not have an e-commerce platform, so our aim is not to drive traffic to certain products to make a purchase. Rather we are trying to gather strong leads for our sales teams to pursue. It would be great to hear how other businesses are using the platform so we can get a stronger understanding on how to better utilise it in our industry.

Hi there, Great question. Although you dont sell products Lytics can still be a great tool for driving leads. I work a lot with industries that are not ecommerce but still need a lead pipeline for sales teams. Building leads is generally a process of converting an unknown site visitor to a known person (meaning you gather their email and details). So Lytics has many tools that allow you to build personalized messages for known and unknown visitors. Those personalized messages can take the form of a registration, maybe a lead qualification form or something creative along those lines. Additionally Lytics can help you understand your unknown visitors more deeply and deliver more personalized messaging in other channels like Facebook or Google Ads.
