What is the best way to implement this system in a small business?

I worked at my company a couple of years ago, and I feel good here, but the idea of having my own business has always been in mind, since we implemented this system in our company, I liked the easy use that can be made of it. give to it, I would like to know how feasible it is to use this service in a small business, and how high are the costs of implementation, if you need some special equipment for its operation.

The implementation of this tool would not be tough. We took around 2 weeks to automate using Zapier.

Zapier is easy to use and doesn't take any special hardware. It communicates between your platforms or softwares. I've used this in multiple startups and small companies and it's such a time saver. Highly recommend.

Yes you can use for small business. Its a awesome platform which track your activates. In this platform you can integrated you app with more then 500 different apps. For example you have a wordpress site and you created a new post . Using this zapier you can post this same post into the more then 500 different others apps you can publish this post on Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc So in this platform you can buy operation and its depends on the interval of your zap which you already set during the confirmation of you zap. This is very good software but its very costly . So You can also less costly vs software in the market .
