The customer service and project management was exceptional, even for our smaller test order. When test results began populating, it was clear that Userlytics had retained quality testers who didn't skimp on their responses and provided detailed commentary on our test design. The platform itself is easy to use, and we were deligted that we could link to a Figma prototype for testing. The question types could use some expansion compared to the options available in say, Usability Hub. The ability to record and playback sessions, and the analysis tools such as the ability to add annotations to key moments in the session, the fact that he platform links questions to the timestamp in the video, and the ability to re-categorize user's indication that they were successful or not in their task were really stand out features for us.
