Great PEO/HR management app

The app is easy to use. The Wellness newsletters are nice. I really like the ability to compare paychecks. It helps me to see when there is a difference is taxes or take home. The time off request process is simple. FSA reimbursements are simple. The times I've reached out to customer service, they were very helpful. However, it has been a year or so since I've needed to reach out since the app is so easy, I haven't needed to.

Esay to uses... But not fast.

I find TriNet to be an incredibly easy-to-use payroll and HR service. Everything is straightforward and self-explanatory, and their website is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. Whenever I call, the support team is not only informative but also very patient, taking the time to fully explain everything and offer clear solutions. They genuinely show a willingness to assist, walking me through each step of the process with care and attention to detail.
