The system is very good once you've learned how to use it, i can already sre its going to save me hundreds of hours!

Good product overall, but very poor support. They would keep sending help articles to users instead of understanding them and helping properly. Took them about 24hrs to get answer to simple API related questions, support people on chat has no knowledge of API related questions at all, left us helpless...leading to us experimenting and troubleshooting and eventually affecting our whatsapp account blocked by meta! Stay away if you are looking for good support.
