We love Square 9!

It is such an efficient, user-friendly software. The worflow process is automatic and requires little effort from accounts payable after the initial invoice is uploaded.

Positive experience with Square 9

We love the simplicity of Square 9. Once the AP person enters the invoice into Square 9 and assigns it, they don't even have to think about the approval process until it is time to print checks. Their customer service agents are very knowledgeable about their product.

The ability to auto-index using OCR is a huge timesaver! All of our Proof of Delivery documents are automatically picked up from the inbox, indexed on at least 10 different key fields located on the packing list, and filed for later retrieval... if all you have is a customer and date, or a packing list number, you can a pull the POD in seconds... working towards 200,000 docs on file in just a couple years...
