Although the desire to increase functionailty and customisation is always present, with any Shopify app you use - Smile have already got a lot of these covered right from the get-go! The team behind Smile have already thought about what a loyalty/rewards app should do, then added even more on top. It's an extremely flexible app, and while I would like to see more customisable rewards, what you get right out of the box is more than enough to launch and capture a large portion of your customer base. The pricing model is ideal as it scales along with your program, and being able to see sales influenced by Smile always keeps you reassured youre getting a lot of bang for your buck! Their customer support have been fantastic whenever we have had any questions, which has made up the majority of our communication, as there have been no glitches or bugs so far (and hopefully forever!) Integration was pretty seamless, and definitley "plug'n'play" springs to mind. You need no technical skills and only a basic understanding of Shopify's seller platform to get it up and running.
