The feature set that they claim to have appears to be solid and tricked me into buying it. It claims to work as a standard email marketing tool but fails in many ways.

The UI is intuitive, and SmartLead has all the features I was interested in. It has a well-rounded offering for its price point (basic plan). Onboarding was fairly easy, and the A/B testing feature is useful. Support articles and resources are overall pretty solid and has decent coverage

Smartlead ist ein sehr gutes Marketing-Automatisierungstool. Es hilft beim Versenden von E-Mails, indem man einfach die Automatisierung im Tool einstellt. Smartlead kann mit anderen CRM-Tools integriert werden, um die Daten zu importieren. Wir können auch die CSV-Datei der Interessentenliste in Smartlead hochladen. Dieses Tool ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und wir können die Kampagnen täglich auf Smartlead durchführen, indem wir einfach die Kampagneneinstellungen festlegen. Smartlead Master Inbox hilft dabei, alle E-Mails an einem Ort zu überprüfen, selbst wenn die E-Mails aus verschiedenen Kampagnen stammen.
