The best thing is the easy of navigating and managing multiple email accounts and sending volume/correspondance at scale. The interface is very userfriendly with all the necessary and advanced options you might need. They're always refining the software and making it better, and have nice workshops and a great team as well helping you in case you need help. I'm using it on a daily basis and it has made my whole workflow so much easier when it comes to managing all the replies, and other inboxes. Very easy to setup as well and getting started.
