So long as you are able to keep up with the input of information it is a very good and detailed system. The traces will alert you to upcoming deadlines that can be easily forgotten in the overwhelming sales world. I also enjoy that it outputs BEO's for you so you do not have to create them manually. It will calculate banquet and event costs and provide a detailed timeline of your scheduled groups and events.
