Customer service is also great and they are quick to solve your questions and also to advice regarding suspicious transactions. The chargeback representation service makes our life very easy as with a few information we pass to Riskified they manage to represent the case against the credit cards/banks

What I liked the best is that it is very easy to use. The tool has a great overview of your transactions.
