- The UI is pretty simple and easy to understand and navigate in perdoo - ability to set individual goals and link it with a parent goal helps a lot in keelping track of the progress - It was very simple to integrate it with some of the communication channels - The weekly streak motivates me to update me goals and progress on pedroo frequently - on a weekly basis

I like that it is user friendly and easy to get started. I use it weekly to track my progress and I like that transparency of being able to see stats in my organization. I have not needed to use customer support.

I like the option for the cycle when we have to check in that is ask questions about how we feel at work etc.
