- really like their new salesfoor feature. feels like a long time coming. it will automatically mute you and take you out of a salesfloor room once you connect to a call. - really easy to use. i'm not a huge cold caller but this makes it a lot easier and i make a lot more dials in a day. - love the filters. you can filter by time zone and tag so you can call the prospects you want. - their customer support is also really great. they're always aware of problems and will work with you to troubleshoot the problem quickly.
