Using BidPal for the first time, on our first online auction, was a great experience. Absolutely very fun and easy to use on the front and back ends. So much so that I regret this is not my day to day CRM system! I also researched GreaterGiving, GiveSmart, DonorPerfect's ReadySetAuction, and Blackbaud's Maestro. BidPal was a clear winner due to both the superior front end design and robust back end reporting. (Although I suspect GiveSmart is a worthy competitor.) Front end interface was very fun and easy for users, especially the registration. Creating packages, donation levels, sponsor logos, registration and checkout. The scoreboard once I got the hang of it was also very powerful and customizable to track results in real time. I loved using BidPal, and all feedback from supporters was positive too. We can't wait to use it again and to its fullest capabilities. (My checkout would have gone so much more smoothly if I had utilized the solicitor and item status sections.) Thank you for bringing our auction into the 21st century!
