Diese Profile werden von OfferZen geprüft, sodass ich selten nicht reagierende oder zeitraubende Kandidaten erhalte. Man kennt auch im Voraus deren Gehaltserwartungen, was sehr klar macht, welche Kandidaten in Ihrem Budget liegen.

I've enjoyed working with the team at Offerzen, particularly Lizzy. She is always helpful and responsive and will go above and beyond to lend an extra hand. Whether it's additional information or assisting with shortlisting, the team is always available to lend a hand. We are regularly asked for feedback and ideas which has made for tangible changes. With our open communication, we also let the team know when we need more of a particular skillset which directs their focus in order to help us. The platform is user-friendly and allows our recruitment team and hiring managers to communicate effectively on the platform. We've been able to integrate our ATS with the platform and despite our issues with integration, we have had the team at Offerzen to support us.
