It works. Texting is ok - but very cumbersome to use - apps on cell or computer completely screw up the phone properThe service is excellent. Rarely issues with calls. When there are issues it is addressed immediately by support. The support people have gone so far as to access my system to adjust or tweak the setting in my phone. The set up yeas ago was simple - and they talked me through it all.

I've been using nextiva for over a year now and I've always find it very simple and effective. Really quick to learn how to use it and I've never had major problems with it - and the one time I had the support team was quick to help. I really enjoy being able to call AND text on the same app, and the line is very clean.
