Neon allows us to easily manage a database of all of our patrons and donors, with excellent customer service and direct integration to our ticketing platform that keeps our database updated constantly. We are able to get up-to-the-minute looks at our patron engagement as well as donations. We log in near daily, and Neon tracks all communications with these patrons as well.

It is a nice and clean way to have all of your customers in one database. It gives a LOT of different reports and options to customize them and narrow them down. It gives the option to add notes about each customer, mark them as desceased, connect households, and mark relationships. It gives the option to set a donation amount to trigger a donor letter. We have ours set up where donations under a certian amount only get an email, but any donation above that gets an email instantly and gets set in the cue to also get a letter. I created a workflow to remind me to print letters once a month. I use it almost every day, and am still finding new ways for Neon CRM to help make customer management even easier.

Adding and editing accounts is extremely easy. We've had good success using it for our marketing emails. Setting up campaigns and pledges is also straight forward. Overall, the software is intuitive. We also use Arts People for ticketing and class enrollment and it's a huge benefit to have those accounts and that activity automatically rolled over into Neon CRM, eliminating the need to import from one database to another. Customer support for Neon CRM was excellent for the first several months but response time has been slower since. Customer support for Arts People has been consistently outstanding.
