It is automated and easy to use 2. I like the instant feedback - it's a great way to quickly give someone feedback and has helped our firm's culture regarding normalising giving negative feedback to others 3. It acts as a database for employees which I can use for other purposes outside of leapsome 4. The learning paths can be useful for employee onboarding and ongoing learning (which also can be linked to review cycles) 5. The support team always respond quickly to me and help out
