The tool gives a nice overview of the steps in the Hiring process

The most helpful part of using Homerun up until now has been the possibility to review candidates' CVs within the website itself (preview). If we had to do this by downloading/redownloading the CV document every time I wanted to see it half my day would be full. Besides the possibility to leave comments for the candidates helps coordinate with HR for follow-up steps in the hiring process. We usually have two interviews so any open points can be mentioned in the comments and picked up in the second interview. I was unfamiliar with any hiring tool, but the UI is easy to get used to.
