The UX is well considered, loads of helpful tips and templates, good headway in the DEI space too with scorecards, annoymous reviewing, & sensitive data. You can't see to delete tasks within a goal which is an issue if you added one by mistake.

When adding a task to a goal it lets you submit the form but then fails to add the task unless you fill in all the fields - it doesnt tell you that it has failed or why, I had to work it out for myself. I like the ability to see and male all my work related request and activities all in one place. Seeing the days of the week that I am usually late is especially useful as I did not realize before that there was a pattern.
