My favorite thing about GUIDEcx is the visibility it provides into our current implementations. The reporting capabilities are excellent & we are able to report on all different types of data, including custom fields. The tool itself is also easy to use & the time tracking capabilites are excellent, making our team operate more efficiently

GuideCX is a huge upgrade to our entire CS team after having used various different solutions. GuideCX truly has no competition in this arena. The ability to pair with Salesforce is invaluable, and we are currently building out more use cases for the Pre-Sales and other value adds throughout the customer journey. The platform itself is intuitive for Contributors, and as an Admin I find the lift to learn to run the tool is also completely in line with the success and output it provides. I don't mind a steeper learning curve when I'm getting this much value! Our Implementation (as handled by GuideCX and within GuideCX) was simple, straight forward, and any time I have questions anyone is happy to help! I have recieved help through their community group, my CSM, my AE, the in-app Chat... really I have no regrets! My only wish was I wish this had happened sooner.
